Behance allows artist (or creatives) to explore job opportunities, receive feedback and to find inspiration. There are so many benefits to using Behance and best of all Behance is free! The people that use Behance are people who work as graphic designers, industrial designers, web designers, photographers and, 3d artist.
This week I finally got on the Behance bandwagon, I joined the crowd. Joining large groups is not my thing but if it involves growing and learning as an artist, I am all for it.
If you are a creative thinking about creating a portfolio on Behance, be selective about what you add and add your best pieces! Behance will allow you to gain visibility and connect with other creatives as well. The top businesses add job listings to Behance, so you may find your dream job there (you never know). There is so much that Behance can offer, but it is mainly up to the artist to make an effort to show off their best work and work at finding opportunities.
I am always curious as to what is new with artists who use Adobe programs and Behance is the perfect place to find just that!
Check out Behance's post on the benefits of portfolio reviews. Aren't you curious as to how this all works? Check out all of the many ways you can help and improve your Behance portfolio, I saw some things on this list I can work on.
Are you on Behance or are you new to Behance? If so and you are a lovely reader I would love to share the Behance love! How has your experience with Behance been? Have you had some drawbacks from joining them? Let me know on Instagram and Twitter (I want to know).
Your creative blogger and artist,
Laura
