Drawing Solange Knowles

Solange Knowles is an American singer, songwriter, model, and actress.  You may know her because she is the younger sister of Beyonce Knowles but she has more going on that just being a sister to Beyonce.  What I find interesting about her is that she occasionally paints as her hobby. Solange recently launched her record label, Saint Records. With Saint Records, she will be using to release her third full-length album and future music projects distributed through Sony. She performed a new song named "Rise", a song inspired by police killings in Ferguson, Baltimore, and the subsequent protests. The song is expected to feature on her upcoming album and is a funk song that utilizes synth. I enjoyed drawing her  in bold colors, retro styles, and as a proud curl wearer.
