Taraji Penda Henson is an American actress and singer. I identify her because she once went to Howard University, a school that many I know attend and a school that is in my town. Most people know her now as Cookie Lyon on the Fox drama series Empire, for which she won a Critics' Choice Award and a Golden Globe Award, and nominated for an Emmy Award. I am drawing her because I know that she is a great actress and has a great attitude about education and hard work!
